Skeptic Reveals If Turbulence Training Will Really Help You Get In Shape Or If It's All Hype

I'm sick of all these so called fitness and weight loss ebooks.

And I'm sick of wasting my money on stuff that's nothing more than common sense.  I don't need to pay you money to read that I shouldn't eat at McDonald's every day.

So when I read that Turbulence Training would provide "Time-efficient, research proven workouts that boost muscle growth and blowtorch body fat" I thought they were full of it.

I don't know how many pitches you've read, but I've heard 'em all.

But when I started reading the Turbulence Training page I was amazed to find actual content!

It wasn't just a bunch of "buy this product now or you're die a wart covered morbidly obese blog that terrifies neighborhood children."

So I did what anyone looking for info would do - I kept on reading to see if there really was something to this whole turbulence training thing.

One thing I really appreciated was that it acknowledged that men and women tend to have different fitness goals and it provided advice accordingly and even has separate pages for "the ladies" and "the guys".

Being a dude, I went to the guys page expecting to see lots of bogus and inflated claims about how if their course you'll magically get fit just by buying their product.

Instead what I found were real before and after pictures of people who actually used the product.

And instead of using hyped up claims they used actual scientific evidence to back up what they were saying.

So I decided it was at least worth a look, so I bought the product.  I figured even if it turned out to be crap I'd still be able to get a full refund within 60 days, so I didn't have anything to lose.

I downloaded the course and started reading.

And I was impressed to see that it wasn't just a bunch of the same rehashed information that everybody keeps passing around.

Now I'm not quite at my fitness goals yet, but I'm getting there, and I have to give a big nod to the Turbulence Training folks for helping me get on the right path without making me spend 2 hours in the gym a day.  Instead, I'm in and out in less than an hour and I don't have to go everyday - just a few days a week.

So what's my verdict on Turbulence Training.  It's a damn good program, and if you follow their program at all, you're going to see results... and FAST!

Where from here? I recommend Turbulence Training:
